Version 2.1 has been submitted to Apple

Changes include:

Countdown Timer: Start the countdown, finish hooking up the team and take off when the horn blows.
Map view now shows distance and split times
Map view also shows relative speed (green is fast, red is slow)
Save map to iPhone camera roll.
More Interface improvements for Retina Display.
Bug fixes.
